Training

Thank you for choosing Bodies by Barbie.  We look forward to doing our best in helping you achieve your personal best.  Please view the pricing below & let us know how we can suit your competition needs. 

If you would like Barbie to accompany you to the show, you must invite her, provide plenty of notice, and be prepared to pay for all of her travel expenses.  (Except food.  Since she has a very specific diet, Barbie will provide her own food at each event).

Competition Attendance Fee..................................................$100 per day Includes tanning application, suit adjustments, hair & make-up, pump up back stage, & motivation of course!!!

Shows in New York:  LIRR ticket cost, cab rides between train & competition venue, 2 tickets to the show (1 for her & 1 for her photographer).

Shows outside of New York:  Flight arrangements to the location, hotel accomodations, transportation around the event, 2 tickets to the show (1 for her & 1 for her photographer*)

*The photographer will pay for their own travel arrangements

Barbie brings her own Personal Photographer that will focus solely on you.  He/she will do both video taping & still photographs while you are on stage & while you are prepping backstage.  The video DVD & photographs will be available for purchase 1-2 weeks after the show.

Part of being a client of Bodies by Barbie is that you have access to her via email & phone at no extra charge.  She is your Trainer, Nutritionist, & Personal Coach.  She is availalble to help you with your specific needs as they arise throughout the preparation for a ccompetition.

 

Silver Plan- $645  (Recommended 12 weeks out from competition date Ex: if the competition is November 1st, start this program on August 1st )

For someone who needs little guidance in the workout department, but wants to focus on fine tuning the diet & posing routine. 

Personal Training.........................................$0 (not included in this plan)

Nutrition Menu Planning.................................................................$135

To calculate individual calories & design first meal plan (1 1/2 Hours)

Weekly Follow-Ups til Competition Date.........................................$360(Includes body fat & measurements to track progress + fresh ideas for the individual meal plan weekly)

$30 per 1/2 Hour Session X 12 weeks = $360 

Posing.............................................................................................$150

$25 per 1/2 Hour X 6 weeks = $150 

(To begin at six weeks out from competition date)

TOTAL SILVER PLAN..........................................................$645

Gold Plan- $2,095  (Recommended 18 weeks out from competition date Ex: if the competition is November 1st, start this program on June 15th)

For someone who needs more support in the gym with workouts & wants to focus on fine tuning the diet & posing routine. 

Personal Training....................................................................$1,170

A combination of plyometrics, strength & flexibility training depending on your event: Bodybuilding, Fitness or Figure.  $65 per 1 Hour Sessions X 18 weeks = $1,170

Nutrition Menu Planning.............................................................$135

Platinum Plan- $2,765  (Recommended 24 weeks out from competition date Ex: if the competition is November 1st, start this program on May 1st)

For someone who needs the most support and is totally new to the gym atmosphere & wants to focus on fine tuning the diet & posing routine. 

Personal Training....................................................................$1,560

A combination of plyometrics, strength & flexibility training depending on your event: Bodybuilding, Fitness or Figure.  $65 per 1 Hour Sessions X 24 weeks = $1,560

Nutrition Menu Planning.............................................................$135
