Beach Boot Camp

An outdoor class on the beach gives you a workout and a tan!  Do some hard moves like sit-ups, lunges, push-ups, squats, running, obstacle courses, and team activities.  Have fun while working up a good sweat and enjoying the beautiful beaches of Long Island. 
At the beach of course!
